Why do I get a "QT Fatal Error"
message when trying to install QuickTime with the COMM1
CD?

This problem usually results when trying
to install COMM1 on a computer that
is running low on memory. Your computer's memory is reduced when
many programs are running or any programs crash and close incorrectly.
Try the following:
- Shut down your computer and turn it off.
- Boot your computer.
- Quit any programs that run automatically
on Start Up (make sure there are no icons on the Task Bar or
showing in the System Tray).
- Try to install
QuickTime again.
